Senior Software Engineer, Backend

📋 Description

• Own and implement backend features end-to-end.
• Build scalable, reliable APIs used by product teams.
• Ensure systems are observable, scalable, and meet SLA targets.
• Collaborate with frontend engineers and other teams on architecture.
• Independently drive features while asking for help when needed.
• Contribute to internal tooling and company-building initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of backend software engineering experience.
• Independently own features; collaborate with peers.
• Backend-focused with API design experience.
• Proficient in TypeScript and Node.js; GraphQL experience.
• Experience with AWS, PostgreSQL (RDS), and ClickHouse.
• Focus on observability, SLA, and scalability; avoid premature optimization.
