🎯 Requirements

Degree in Engineering (CS/IT advantageous)
4+ years in relevant field
Proficient in Go and CS fundamentals
Distributed backend systems with SQL/NoSQL DBMS and Redis; Kubernetes and Kafka a plus
Proactive, creative; balanced product, engineering, and business needs
Agile with weekly sprints/releases; English proficiency
