📋 Description

• Develop scalable backend systems that meet reliability, security, and performance needs.
• Write clean, efficient, testable code for FinTech/payment platforms.
• Build distributed systems prioritising transaction correctness and consistency.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver new capabilities.
• Conduct code reviews, maintain technical docs, and promote engineering best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Proficiency in Go (preferred), Java, or another major language.
• Strong fundamentals in algorithms, data structures, and software design.
• Experience with microservices, cloud (AWS), and DevOps practices.
• Experience with distributed systems, data consistency, observability, and security.
