Senior Software Engineer, Backend

📋 Description

• Design, build, and operate backend services powering critical applications at scale
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and best practices
• Collaborate with product/design/cross-functional teams to deliver features
• Own feature delivery from requirements to deployment and monitoring
• Participate in on-call rotations and incident handling
• Drive engineering excellence through CI/CD, testing, and design practices

🎯 Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in CS/Software Engineering or higher
• 5+ years in backend development
• Proficiency in Golang
• Experience with MySQL and PostgreSQL
• Cloud experience (AWS or GCP) and microservices
• Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and AWS CloudFormation
