Senior Software Engineer, Backend

📋 Description

• Design, build, and operate backend services in Go, improving their availability, scalability
• Use AI-assisted engineering workflows to deliver solutions from well-defined specifications to
• Critically validate AI-generated solutions for correctness, security, performance, maintainability
• Identify and lead AI-enabled engineering initiatives that improve developer productivity and
• Work with engineering team to explore and create new design / architectures geared towards scale
• Participate in code and design reviews, helping maintain and raise the team's engineering standards

🎯 Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of software engineering experience, preferably working with distributed systems
• Strong computer science fundamentals, including algorithms and data structures
• Experience operating large-scale web services, with a solid understanding of systems internals and
• Strong understanding of system performance, reliability, and scalability
• Proficiency in at least one programming language—such as Go, C++, Java, Scala, Rust, Python, Ruby
