Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
Strong data structures, algorithms, and software design
Experience programming in Java, Python, or Kotlin
Solid understanding of databases and data modeling
Experience building high-traffic APIs on public cloud
Familiar with observability tools like OpenTelemetry, Grafana, Prometheus or DataDog
