Senior Software Engineer, Backend

📋 Description

• Design and build backend infra: authentication, permissions, flags, notifications, docs
• Build and evolve internal platform to accelerate cross-product development
• Lead enterprise features: secure multi-party collaboration, cross-org workflows, admin controls
• Maintain security, privacy, and reliability for sensitive legal data
• Collaborate with product, AI, design, and GTM teams to deliver enterprise-ready experiences

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years backend-focused software engineering on platform/product teams
• Experience shipping user-facing features across the stack with measurable impact
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems, REST, gRPC, databases, scalable architectures
• Familiarity with enterprise SaaS patterns: RBAC, feature flags, integrations
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience building backend platforms supporting multiple product lines
• Strong programming skills and CS fundamentals
