Senior Software Engineer, Backend - Business Platform

📋 Description

• Lead the architectural design of microservices, high-throughput APIs, and data storage solutions
• Diagnose high-stakes performance bottlenecks, refactor core infrastructure, and ensure low latency
• Own end-to-end delivery of mission-critical systems—from writing technical design documents (TDDs)
• Drive code quality across the team through high-bar code reviews, system reliability standards, and
• Oversee cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), automated CI/CD pipelines, security protocols, and

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in backend/platform engineering with high-scale production systems.
• Strong proficiency in Go, Java, or Kotlin.
• Deep knowledge of distributed systems, service-oriented architecture, microservices, APIs, data
• Tech Stack: Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, caching
• Data & Messaging: SQL/NoSQL databases, event-driven architectures, and messaging systems
• Core Competencies: Strong problem-solving and communication skills; version control (Git)
