📋 Description

• Engineer and scale backend services for millions of concurrent users.
• Architect high-throughput backend systems and enable rapid product experiments.
• Build and scale chat infrastructure powering text chat at scale.
• Collaborate with Game Engine, Creator, Trust & Safety to push capabilities.
• Self-organize and own projects through full lifecycle.
• Mentor engineers and help recruit future talent.

🎯 Requirements

• Backend software development expertise.
• Proficient in SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL at scale.
• 7+ years building highly available distributed services.
• Deep knowledge of multi-threading, memory management, networking, storage.
• Proficient in HTTP, UDP, GRPC, WebSockets.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/Engineering.
