📋 Description

• Own design/delivery of scalable backend services for growth infrastructure.
• Architect resilient service-oriented systems across backend, data, and ML.
• Partner with engineers, product managers, and leaders on quarterly roadmaps.
• Lead investments in tooling and platform capabilities to boost velocity.
• Build high-quality, well-tested production code for secure, scalable systems.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years backend software engineering in distributed production services.
• Server-side architecture: performance, security, scalability; containerized (AWS, Kubernetes, Docker).
• Design and run growth experiments or A/B tests using data to identify opportunities.
• Experience integrating with databases, caching, and storage (Postgres, MongoDB, DynamoDB).
• Cross-functional collaboration with product and engineering to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Uses generative AI responsibly with human oversight to improve workflows.
