• Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical initiatives, influence engineering direction, and
• Deep expertise in backend development, including Java, API design, distributed systems, and

• Strong engineering judgment with experience balancing technical quality, business priorities, and
• Experience writing well-tested, maintainable software and establishing engineering best practices
