Senior Software Engineer,Backend - Core/API & Process Automation

📋 Description

• Design, build, and evolve the event-sourced engine and its C8 REST/gRPC/MCP API.
• Lead hard, ambiguous problems end-to-end; define problems and ADRs.
• Ship high-impact engine features quickly (e.g., suspend/resume) with high quality.
• Ensure resiliency, schema evolution, and observability in production.
• Detect and optimize inefficient data-access patterns across data stores.
• Level up the team and lead incidents; mentoring and RCAs.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years backend engineering with distributed/event-driven systems.
• Deep event-sourcing and distributed execution knowledge.
• Strong API design and backward-compatible evolution.
• Diagnosing and fixing production performance; profiling and backpressure.
• Technical leadership from ambiguity; autonomous work and mentoring.
• Communication and product sense; crisp technical writing and remote collaboration.
