• 4+ years designing, developing and launching backend systems in Python or Kotlin.
• Track record building highly available distributed systems with AWS, MySQL, Kubernetes.
• Defined technical plans for major features with simple, extensible design.
• Ability to make large codebase changes safely with supporting tools.
• Willing to seek feedback and own personal growth.
• Strong verbal and written communication for global teams.
