• 4+ years designing, developing, and launching backend systems at scale (Python or Kotlin).
• Track record building highly available distributed systems using AWS, MySQL, Kubernetes.
• Define a technical plan for delivering a significant feature with elegant, simple, extensible design.
• Write high-quality, maintainable code; enables safe large-scale changes.
• Ownership mindset; proactively seek feedback from team, manager, and stakeholders.
• Strong verbal and written communication for global collaboration.
