Senior Software Engineer, Backend Money Team

📋 Description

• Design, build, and scale backend services for payments and money movement.
• Drive end-to-end delivery from requirements to rollout and operations.
• Collaborate with Product, Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Ops on scalable payments.
• Build systems that integrate with payment processors, banks, and card networks.
• Design resilient payment, ledger, and reconciliation workflows for accuracy.
• Operate production services with uptime, security, and compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Java backend development (Spring, Gradle, JUnit, JVM tuning).
• Strong CS fundamentals; scalable distributed systems.
• Experience integrating with payment processors, settlements, banks.
• Understanding transactional systems, data consistency, idempotency, auditability.
• Hands-on AWS (EKS, RDS, Elasticache, DynamoDB), Docker/Kubernetes.
• CI/CD with GitHub Actions; Git; DataDog.
