Senior Software Engineer, Backend (PBA - Growth)

📋 Description

• Own and deliver quarterly goals; lead engineers through ambiguity.
• Collaborate with product, design & analytics in ideation; articulate constraints.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years designing, developing & launching backend systems at scale (Python or Kotlin).
• Track record building highly available distributed systems using AWS, MySQL, Kubernetes.
• Experience defining technical plans for major features; clean, extensible design.
• Proficient at large-scale code changes; built tools enabling safe changes.
• Proven ownership of growth; seeks feedback from team, managers, stakeholders.
• Strong verbal/written communication for collaborating with a global team.
• Requires equivalent experience or a related bachelor's degree.
