🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years designing, developing, launching backend systems with Python or Kotlin.
• Built highly available distributed systems using AWS, MySQL, Kubernetes.
• Defined technical plan for delivering a major feature with elegant design.
• Capable of large codebase changes with safe tooling and practices.
• Ownership mindset; proactive feedback from team, manager, stakeholders.
• Strong verbal and written communication; degree or equivalent experience.
