Own design and delivery of AI systems powering Coinbase’s support and compliance.
Build secure backend infrastructure in Python and Golang for AI workloads.
Drive end-to-end AI initiatives, balancing latency, accuracy, and cost.
Partner with CX, Compliance, and product teams to automate workflows.
Lead code reviews and mentor engineers on AI system design and on-call.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in software engineering with microservices in production.
Hands-on experience with LLM-based AI/ML systems in production (prompting, RAG).
Python and Golang; experience integrating third-party AI models/APIs.
End-to-end project delivery with measurable business impact.
Data pipelines experience with large-scale unstructured data.
Generative AI with human oversight; GenAI infra tools like Docker, Postgres, MongoDB helpful.
