📋 Description

• Build reliable and scalable backend software used by TRM customers
• Design backend APIs with focus on customer experience and performance
• Early-team member involved in technical details and processes
• Develop and maintain public APIs as part of API Product suite
• Collaborate with stakeholders to turn vision into a roadmap with clear outcomes
• Support internal business units through shared engineering services

🎯 Requirements

• Experience designing scalable systems, web apps, and APIs
• Understanding relational databases (Postgres) and analytical DBs
• Bridge customer pain points to technical and product requirements
• High initiative and ownership; able to navigate ambiguity
• Ability to structure problems and prioritize critical issues
• Strong communication across technical and non-technical audiences
