Senior Software Engineer, Backend (Reliability Platform)

📋 Description

• Own and deliver quarterly goals for the reliability platform team.
• Lead engineers through ambiguity to solve open-ended problems.
• Collaborate with product, design, and analytics to balance risks and trade-offs.
• Identify and solve project, process, technology, or business issues.
• Maintain operations and availability of team artifacts; monitor metrics and on-call support.
• Promote code quality and design standards across the team.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of software engineering experience.
• Backend systems design, development and scaling with Python, Kotlin, AWS, MySQL, Kubernetes.
• Experience shipping web apps with React or Vue.
• Experience with AI/LLMs to enhance automation with guardrails and citations.
• Ability to define technical plans for large features with clean, extensible design.
• Strong ownership, communication, and collaboration skills in a global team.
