Senior Software Engineer - Backend Services

📋 Description

• Lead backend services design, development, testing, and maintenance with C#, .NET.
• Design and build RESTful APIs, service integrations, and data processing on Azure.
• Write clean, well-tested code and mentor engineers to raise engineering quality.
• Collaborate with product, security, and architecture teams to deliver platform capabilities.
• Improve observability and reliability with logging, metrics, tracing, and dashboards.
• Lead design and code reviews, debugging, and production issue resolution.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in professional software engineering, focusing on backend services, APIs, or cloud apps.
• Strong hands-on programming with C# and .NET/.NET Core.
• Experience designing REST APIs, microservices, or distributed backends.
• Experience building and operating cloud-native services on Azure; relational or NoSQL databases.
• Strong practices in unit testing, code reviews, debugging, version control, and CI/CD.
