Senior Software Engineer, Backend (Test Enablers)

📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain scalable synthetic identity and test data systems.
• Evolve testing strategy toward scalable component, integration, contract, performance, and targeted E2E tests.
• Build platform capabilities for production-like, load testing that is safer and repeatable.
• Improve test platform reliability, observability, and adoption across teams.
• Partner with product and infrastructure teams to improve test signal quality and reduce false failures.
• Lead medium-to-large technical projects end-to-end from problem definition to rollout.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Backend experience with Python, Kotlin, Java, or similar.
• Experience designing and operating distributed systems, platform infrastructure, or testing tooling.
• Strong ownership to drive ambiguous technical work to completion.
• Improve reliability, observability, and maintainability of systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including async artifacts such as RFCs, ADRs, and project specs.
