📋 Description

Design and build scalable backend and ML systems, APIs, and tools.
Own end-to-end delivery of complex features impacting customer experience.
Ensure stability, reliability, and operational excellence of critical systems.
Write clean, testable, resilient code with edge-case consideration.
Write and review technical design docs; influence adoption across the team.
Participate in code and design reviews and contribute to on-call rotations.

🎯 Requirements

7+ years as Senior Software Engineer.
Backend Python expert for scalable prod systems.
Large-scale, fault-tolerant system design.
Relational DBs and modern storage tech.
gRPC, Kafka; Redis for service communication and caching.
AWS (S3, RDS); Docker, Kubernetes, Helm for deployment.
Monitoring, reliability, and incident response.
Experience writing design docs and influencing teams.
