Senior Software Engineer, Bet Engine

📋 Description

• Design, scale, and performance-tune GraphQL APIs, low-latency gRPC services, and SQL queries
• Own highly complex technical problems, develop solution proposals, and present designs to
• Design, architect, and deliver new features end-to-end within a collaborative Agile/Scrum
• Identify production bottlenecks, performance risks, reliability issues, and scalability
• Establish and refine monitoring and alerting with Datadog for owned systems and services.
• Investigate and remediate production performance regressions involving CPU, I/O, memory, latency

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong computer science foundation, including data structures, algorithms, distributed systems, and
• Proven experience working with production systems at scale, including load testing, tracing
• Experience with production on-call rotations and ownership of software release cycles from end to
• Strong software craftsmanship principles and a focus on clean, maintainable architecture.
