Senior Software Engineer - Business Systems

📋 Description

• Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate requirements.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and solution designs.
• Conduct workshops, process mapping, and gap analysis to recommend best-fit Salesforce solutions.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of Salesforce enhancements, including UAT planning and support.
• Provide guidance on Salesforce capabilities, standard functionalities, and best practices.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure business alignment and adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions, including customizations and
• Deep expertise in Services, Sales, CPQ, Marketing & Community cloud of Salesforce
• Hands-on experience with Flow Builder, Process Automation, and Lightning Experience
• Excellent understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices
• Ability to create detailed and accurate project documentation
• Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with SDLC processes
