Own end-to-end Roblox client performance across all platforms.
Work in cross-platform C++ Roblox engine code to identify bottlenecks.
Build benchmarking, profiling, and telemetry to catch regressions.
Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Design on tradeoffs and rollouts.
Drive deep technical impact by tackling complex codebases and mentoring peers on performance.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years of experience writing high-quality C++ in large codebases.
Proven track record building measurement, monitoring, or regression systems.
Ability to navigate complex, ambiguous systems and deliver production-grade software.
Exceptional communication for trade-offs with peers and cross-functional partners.
Bonus: on-device profiling experience (iOS/Android).
