Senior Software Engineer, Care Automation

📋 Description

• Design, build, and own backend services and APIs that power workflows for Customer Care Agents and
• Build and maintain integrations across a complex ecosystem of internal and external systems
• Write automated tests and participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and system
• Monitor feature rollouts, respond to incidents, and iterate based on performance data and customer
• Partner with product, design, and cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver on
• Leverage cutting edge AI tools to enhance your development workflow, improve velocity, and help

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years delivering production backend systems at scale
• Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, or another object-oriented language
• Familiarity with API lifecycle management, including versioning, documentation, and deprecation
• Strong understanding of query languages, data modeling, and data distribution
• Experience working with microservices and event-driven architectures
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
