Senior Software Engineer, CDP - Money Movement

📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain backend systems for stablecoin-based money movement.
• Own key projects end-to-end as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI).
• Build internal and external APIs for embedding stablecoin payments.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, Infrastructure, and Compliance.
• Identify and resolve performance, scalability, reliability challenges.
• Mentor engineers on architectural best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years backend software engineering in fintech/payments/crypto.
• Proficiency in Go or Java and cloud infra (AWS, GCP); distributed systems and APIs.
• DRI for complex projects from design through production.
• Experience with blockchain/crypto tech: stablecoins, on-chain payments.
• Write technical design docs; communicate architecture trade-offs.
• Ability to use generative AI responsibly with human oversight.
