Senior Software Engineer, Client Apps Platform

📋 Description

• Maintain, extend, and operate production-grade Ruby and Go services supporting first-party client
• Lead and facilitate technical design and architecture discussions across product, client
• Translate client requirements into scalable platform solutions and identify opportunities to
• Collaborate with domain teams to extend or integrate with large Ruby on Rails codebases when
• Define effective testing strategies, success metrics, Service Level Objectives (SLOs), and safe
• Monitor telemetry, service health, and operational signals to support data-informed engineering

🎯 Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical
• Equivalent education and experience combinations are considered, including an Associate’s degree
• At least 5 years of demonstrated experience designing software and systems for scalable, reliable
• At least 5 years of experience facilitating cross-team technical discussions, with strong written
• At least 5 years of experience maintaining and operating live production services, including
• Hands-on production experience with Go and/or Ruby, particularly Ruby on Rails, is strongly
