Senior Software Engineer, Cloud

📋 Description

• Design, build, and operate ADP and cloud services across AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Lead system architecture and develop features for the ADP product.
• Operate ADP and Redpanda Cloud to meet a 99.99% SLA.
• Collaborate with Cloud, Core, Platform, and sales teams to build scalable systems.
• Hybrid role based in the San Francisco office.
• Build on BYOC, Serverless, and Redpanda Connect with emphasis on reliability.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years designing and operating large-scale systems in public cloud environments.
• Track record leading large technical projects end-to-end.
• Strong proficiency in Go (or comparable systems language).
• Experience with AI-assisted software development workflows including Claude Code.
• Production experience with Kubernetes, including running and operating workloads.
• Working knowledge of AWS/Azure/GCP with IaC for systems.
