Senior Software Engineer, Cloud Content Platform

📋 Description

• Define architecture and strategy for scalable, reliable systems
• Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentoring
• Design distributed systems, streaming pipelines, and APIs
• Partner with Product/Operations to deliver integrated solutions
• Stay hands-on with critical features and architecture components
• Drive technical planning, prioritization, and execution
• Act as technical partner to the Engineering Manager
• Champion engineering excellence and best practices
• Lead monitoring, observability, and production reliability at scale

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering with senior roles
• Proven scalable distributed streaming solutions in production
• Deep experience with content management, media processing, or publishing
• Expert in Java or Scala; Python a strong plus
• Strong distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architectures
• Cloud platforms experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
