Provide technical leadership: mentor engineers, RFC docs.
Collaborate cross-team: Server, Cloud, DX to deliver features.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years building scalable distributed systems (Arranger/Builder).
Strong CS fundamentals in distributed systems, multi-threading, concurrency.
Production-grade concurrent code in Go, Java, or similar.
Experience building/running services on AWS; bonus Azure & GCP.
