📋 Description

• Own end-to-end integration: design, code, and production system.
• Set technical defaults and direction for the team.
• Own architecture: auth/identity, multi-tenancy, data movement, and performance.
• On-call for your work; own infra, CI, deployment, and observability.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years building software, with data-heavy or integration systems.
• Strong backend and systems instincts: deployment topology, multi-tenancy, data movement.
• Experience with modern auth protocols, service principals, and identity federation.
• Comfortable building on external platforms with limited docs; manage compatibility risks.
• Comfortable in ambiguity; ship before specs; flag hard-to-undo decisions.
• Collaborate across teams; earn trust and document decisions.
