Senior Software Engineer, Cloud Service Engineering

📋 Description

• Build and operate GCP/AWS platform (primary)
• Automate provisioning, IAM, and workload identity
• Collaborate on cross-cloud designs to scale infra
• Improve internal automation and runbooks; participate in on-call
• Contribute to design reviews and production readiness
• Align with Box Cloud Engineering roadmap

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in software, infra, or platform/SRE
• Linux and system fundamentals, hypervisor
• Hands-on GCP and AWS experience (deep in one, growth in the other)
• Terraform or IaC in real environments
• Cloud IAM basics: service accounts, roles, policies, federation
• Development skills: Python, Bash, microservices; CI/CD familiarity
