Senior Software Engineer, Coding

📋 Description

• Architect and build scalable data infrastructure for large-scale coding datasets.
• Design end-to-end evaluation systems with automated grading and benchmarking.
• Lead tooling design and integrations with GitHub, CI/CD, coding agents, and containers.
• Build backend services and APIs to support dataset generation and evaluation pipelines.
• Drive architecture decisions for distributed systems, orchestration, and data quality.
• Partner with ML researchers to translate evaluation methods into scalable systems.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software engineering in backend/data infrastructure or distributed platforms.
• Strong programming skills in Python, TypeScript, Java, or similar languages.
• Experience designing and operating large-scale data pipelines and distributed systems.
• Strong system design skills for scalability, reliability, observability, and maintainability.
• Experience building cloud-native systems using AWS, GCP, or similar; containerization familiarity.
• Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases, data modeling, and storage.
