📋 Description

• Design, build, and launch production-grade conversational AI for enterprise clients.
• Collaborate with product, design, and partners to define journeys and metrics.
• Integrate capabilities with Connectly’s AI platform with SF teams.
• Experiment with AI features: LLM agents, retrieval systems, automation.
• Develop back-end systems with Python, AWS, Kafka, Postgres, DynamoDB.
• Mentor teammates and uphold engineering practices in a fast-moving env.

🎯 Requirements

• BS or MS in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on software engineering.
• Proven track record building scalable enterprise systems (Python, AWS, Kafka, Postgres, DynamoDB).
• Frontend experience (React, TypeScript) a plus.
• Experience with conversational AI apps is a strong plus.
• Experience in fast-paced startup or high-growth tech environment.
