5+ years of hands-on backend development experience in large-scale distributed serving systems
Proficiency in Go or Python (or Java, Kotlin, Rust, C++)
Expertise in API design using GraphQL, REST, or gRPC
Experience with Redis, Cassandra, or PostgreSQL
Data-informed and hypothesis-driven mindset
AI-assisted engineering tool experience or interest
