Senior Software Engineer, Consumer Platforms (Frontend)

📋 Description

• Develop and support the Roblox client app for Gaming Consoles, PC, and Mac.
• Architect frontend experiences optimized for 10ft interfaces and controllers.
• Leverage Luau to build high-performance, scalable UI frameworks and logic.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to maintain a premium living room feel.
• Follow best programming and testing practices; write unit and integration tests.
• Deliver features for millions of users with focus on responsiveness and accessibility.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of frontend architecture and 10ft UI/UX design experience.
• Proficiency in modern C++ and Luau (or other frontend scripting language).
• Extensive experience building dynamic UIs native to television and console environments.
• Experience using metrics and logging to analyze UI performance and engagement.
• Ability to shift focus and thrive outside your comfort zone.
