📋 Description

  • Own and evolve critical CCaaS services in a global, multi-tenant, real-time env.
  • Lead end-to-end initiatives, focusing on reliability, performance, and maintainability.
  • Shape platform architecture; represent team in cross-team design forums.
  • Set code quality, test coverage, and engineering best practices.
  • Care about product and users; contribute to improvements beyond code.
  • Collaborate with Product, UX, and engineering teams; influence delivery outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years of software development and leadership experience.
  • Strong TypeScript/JavaScript and front-end frameworks.
  • C# and back-end services on .NET Core.
  • AWS, distributed systems, and messaging (Kafka, SNS, SQS).
  • Redis, Aurora/MySQL, and Parameter Store for data/cache layers.
  • Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders; degree or equivalent.
