Work on latency end to end: profile, measure, and optimize every stage of the real-time voice
Help unify runtime architecture and remove configuration friction to launch new banking use cases
Keep existing production systems stable and reliable
Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams across Europe and Vancouver to turn

🎯 Requirements

Built production AI systems before with solid understanding of LLM architecture
Proficiency in Python
Experience with architecture and technical judgment for complex components
Track record of trusted, fast delivery and owning quality
Active use of AI tools like Claude for design, build, review, ship
Proactive in identifying problems and driving solutions
