• Design, build, and launch features across Scheduling, HRM, and Payroll
• Deliver reliable, testable, maintainable code for accurate payroll
• Solve problems across Scheduling, Time Tracking, HRM, and Payroll
• Stay close to customers and fix their pain points first
• Use AI and agentic tools daily across design, code, tests, reviews
• Mentor engineers and advance engineering standards

🎯 Requirements

• Strong software engineering fundamentals and production shipping record
• Strong background in Ruby on Rails
• Clean design, solid tests, and thoughtful trade-offs
• High-velocity environment comfort with fast iteration
• Clear communicator with Product, Design, and Data teams
• AI fluency and experience in complex business domains (payroll/scheduling)
