Senior Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and build AIM's autonomy software stack across edge, cloud, and on-prem.
• Architect critical components across edge compute, cloud, and on-premise infra.
• Design real-time, reliable systems for unpredictable environments.
• Build frameworks and APIs for integration across autonomy, perception, and robotics.
• Write clean, testable code; improve reliability, observability, and debuggability.
• Lead code reviews, design reviews, and architectural discussions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Robotics, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of professional software engineering delivering production systems.
• Strong coding in Python, C++, Go, Rust, or TypeScript.
• Experience with distributed and real-time systems, or large-scale production software.
• Experience with cloud technologies, databases, and service-oriented architectures.
• Preferred: robotics/autonomy, edge devices, or real-world deployed systems.
