Build and maintain Brex's data platform and infrastructure (warehouse, streaming, governance).
Collaborate with product teams, data science, and analytics to launch data-backed products.
Elevate Brex data competency through partnerships and education.
Invest in resilient data architectures; participate in on-call rotations.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in data infra or data platform roles.
Experience with Snowflake, Flink, Airflow, dbt, or CDC.
Fluency in Kotlin or Python.
Experience building/maintaining large-scale data stack and Kafka streaming.
Backend or full-stack development experience; strong cross-functional communication.
Willing to work in office 3 days/week; bonus: data architecture or product-team collaboration.
