Senior Software Engineer - Data Focused

📋 Description

• Support and maintain data ingestion pipelines via API connectors and screen-scraping.
• Own BigQuery ingestion layer and downstream SQL Server/Azure processing for dentist pay.
• Identify and resolve ingestion issues; improve observability and monitoring.
• Handle enterprise support and enhancement requests for the platform.
• Work across a distributed, heavily customised environment supporting multiple deployments.
• Review and adjust SQL-driven commands for the Delphi legacy connector.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in data engineering with pipelines; experience with BigQuery, Airflow, Cloud Composer.
• 5+ years with SQL Server and T-SQL, including stored procedures and CTEs.
• 2+ years with GCP tools (BigQuery, Airflow, Cloud Composer); Azure Data Factory ok.
• 2+ years with Azure (SQL Azure, Azure Functions, DevOps); AWS/GCP hosting possible.
• Experience with .NET/C# for maintaining existing apps.
• Experience with Delphi in legacy applications.
