Optimize performance at scale: engine internals, query planning, memory, serialization.
Drive infrastructure robustness: design, test, operate features on Kubernetes in cloud environments.
Embed AI/ML into data platforms for autonomous self-serve interactions.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years building production-grade distributed systems.
Deep experience with Kafka, Flink, Spark, Trino, Druid, Airflow.
Strong backend in Java, Go, or Scala.
Cloud experience on Kubernetes in AWS or GCP.
Technical leadership: influence direction and mentor engineers.
B.S. in CS or equivalent.
