Senior Software Engineer, Data Infrastructure

📋 Description

• Design high-throughput data pipelines with strong SLOs and telemetry.
• Build and operate real-time and batch ingestion with Kafka, Flink, Airflow.
• Own analytical data layer: schema, performance, and cost across ClickHouse/BigQuery.
• Partner with research/product teams to architect data solutions and scale features.
• Tune pipelines and queries to meet p95/p99 targets.
• Lead Terraform-based infra-as-code and GitOps for data systems.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years building and operating production data infrastructure.
• Hands-on with Tier 1 data tech: ClickHouse, Kafka, and Flink/dbt.
• Proven HA/low-latency across streaming and batch workloads.
• Observability chops: OpenTelemetry, Prometheus/Grafana, Datadog.
• Clear written communication and turning ambiguous data needs into designs.
