Senior Software Engineer, Data Platform

📋 Description

• Build and scale our datalake and storage design.
• Develop high-throughput data ingestion services.
• Own streaming/batch ingestion and CDC pipelines.
• Build query/analytics capabilities on the datalake.
• Operate low-latency serving layer for real-time access.
• Collaborate with infra/product teams to provision and scale.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in software engineering, with data infra or large-scale systems
• Python proficiency; Go experience preferred
• Big-data/streaming tech: Spark, Kafka, Flink; Iceberg
• Build scalable data pipelines for structured and unstructured data
• Led complex, multi-quarter infra projects end-to-end
• Mentoring engineers; thrives in ambiguity
