📋 Description

• Lead migration from Hadoop/Spark/Impala to Databricks.
• Re-architect ETL workflows and migrate connections/secrets.
• Build scalable data pipelines with Airflow and Databricks.
• Ensure data quality with validation and testing.
• Improve observability and incident response.
• Deliver data-driven analytics for business insights.

🎯 Requirements

• 6–8 years in distributed systems and large-scale data platforms.
• Databricks modernization experience migrating Hadoop/Spark/Hive/Impala.
• Deep Databricks knowledge: Jobs, Delta Lake, cluster config, Spark SQL.
• Data pipelines and orchestration with Python, Airflow, Databricks.
• Cloud infra with GCP, GCS, Kubernetes (GKE); containerized microservices.
• AI-assisted development tooling (Claude/Codex) and governance of AI-generated code.
