Senior Software Engineer, Developer Experience

📋 Description

• Develop and scale Harvey's developer platform to boost velocity and reliability.

• Build load testing and benchmarking infrastructure for AI-native apps.

• Integrate AI agents across the software dev lifecycle to improve productivity.

• Collaborate with Backend Platform teams to embed testability, reliability and observability.

• Work with engineers to evangelize best practices and pave the road for speed.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering, backend systems or internal developer platforms.

• Proficiency in Python and backend fundamentals; distributed systems.

• Hands-on with CI/CD systems (Buildkite, Github Actions) and test frameworks.

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and infrastructure as code (Pulumi, Terraform).

• Track record of high-quality, well-tested code and best practices.

• Strong problem-solving and passion for developer experience.

• Excellent collaboration and communication across teams and feedback.

• Experience integrating AI agents into a developer ecosystem is a strong plus.
