Senior Software Engineer, Developer Experience

📋 Description

• Identify workflow bottlenecks (build/test/release/local dev) and reduce toil.
• Create and maintain golden paths: templates, CLIs, libraries, automation.
• Design reusable CI pipelines and deployment workflows across teams.
• Improve build/test reliability (flake reduction, caching) and reduce cycle time.
• Support canary/blue-green deployments and safe rollback mechanisms.
• Establish observability primitives to keep services production-ready.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years building production software with platform/devtools/infrastructure experience.
• Strong coding in Python or TypeScript/JS; experience building developer tooling.
• Hands-on with CI/CD; design scalable, reusable pipelines across repos.
• Experience with production observability (instrumentation, alerting, dashboards).
• Comfort with Docker and Kubernetes in cloud infrastructure.
• Proven track record improving developer experience (faster builds, fewer flakes, safer deploys).
